The above services are available to individuals who purchase our monthly PenPals Membership Program.
Computer work stations must be reserved in advance with a maximum of two hour intervals daily. Members will be assigned a work station by our staff and they must adhere to our PenPals Membership rules and policies. Work stations are available seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Nikolaev Time. All services must be paid in advance. Payments can be made by Credit Card from anywhere in the world.
The PenPals Membership program was designed to give students the flexibility to do research via the Internet, check Emails, chat with friends and learn English with the support of our staff. While many people in Ukraine don't own a computer, this program allows students to have the freedom to explore the World Wide Web as well as meet and communicate with friends from around the world. When you choose a Membership program below and after your payment has been received we will gladly contact your friend and set up the account. Please send us your friend's name and contact information including complete telephone number.
