Basic English Language Lessons in Classes

Teaching English is what we do best here in Nikolaev.  Our teaching staff includes American English Language Teachers and Ukrainian Certified English Teachers.  Larisa School of Language opened in 2008 teaching the very best American and British English in Nikolaev.  You can choose from small groups with a maximum of 8 students or mini groups with a maximum of 4.  Classes are pre-set 2 or three days a week depending on the students schedules.  Classes are one and a half hours long, morning, daytime and evening.  We use Headway Lesson and Work Books plus additional grammar references and exercises from Murphy, Pearson Longman and Heinemann.  All levels are taught, including Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced.  In addition to printed materials, we also incorporate Computer Lab as an additional resource at no charge for students.  Our school has 4 computers for Computer Lab studies where students can come to our school at their convenience and learn on our computers with the help of a teacher if needed.  State of the art English Learning Programs and Internet resources are used for Computer Lab to assist students in the learning process.  Testing is performed at set intervals to insure their English Learning progress.  Length of course is 4 months at 3 times per week or 5-6 months at 2 times per week. 

Private English Lessons 

All Levels

Private English lessons can be scheduled from one to three hours in duration.  Private lessons can be scheduled weekdays as well as weekends.  One on one lessons are for students who want to learn fast at times best for you.  Lessons can be structured with pre-set curriculum for all levels including Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced.  Specific areas of learning can be tailored to fit your profession or expertise in many areas including Business, Finance, International Marketing, Maritime and Construction just to name a few.  Computer Lab is also included at no additional cost and can be scheduled to fit your needs.  Internet access and custom learning programs are used to help you learn English as quickly as possible.  We use Headway Lesson and Work Books plus additional grammar references and exercises from Murphy, Pearson Longman and Heinemann.  Our teaching staff includes American English Language Teachers and Ukrainian Certified English Teachers.  Larisa School of Language opened in 2008 teaching the very best American and British English in Nikolaev Ukraine. 

Computer Lab English Lessons

Learning any language takes time and effort no matter what your busy schedule is like.  Computer Lab, offers you the opportunity to study English just about any time on a computer with Internet access and the assistance a teacher.  Lessons can be structured with pre-set curriculum for all levels including Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced.  Lessons on Computer Lab can also be tailored just in the areas you need practice to help you speak the very best English anywhere.  Computer Lab works on every skill possible including listening, speaking, writing, comprehension and translation from many languages to English.  Translation programs are also applied to assist in word definition and to develop an increased vocabulary.  Study with programs from Oxford, Cambridge, Heinemann, Pearson Longman, Headway, BYKI, Perfecting English, Rosetta Stone and many more.  Our teaching staff includes American English Language Teachers and Ukrainian Certified English Teachers.  Larisa School of Language opened in 2008 teaching the very best American and British English in Nikolaev Ukraine.  

Corporate Client Language Lessons

Free English Club 

Speaking and Conversation

Each and every Saturday morning at 10 am in Nikolaev Ukraine, Larisa School of Language has hosted English Club since opening our school in 2008.  Free to anyone, English Club began as a way for the community, friends, students and visitors from around the world to practice speaking English with others.  Many topics are discussed including political science, finance, food, life, world finance and education just to name a few.  We encourage visitors from other countries to visit and share their experiences here as well as their country. We also request that visitors from other countries consider donating any type of literature to our school.  This could include newspapers, magazines, books or just about any publication printed in English suitable for young people as well as adults with current topics or something from the past.  Adding learning resources to our small library is a great way for students to learn what's going on around the world.  Larisa School of Language is located on the corner of Sovietskaya and Shevchenko 63 NikolaevUkraine.  

Six Week Fast Track English Language Lessons

Larisa School of Language is proud to offer our Fast Track English Lesson Program.  This is our Premium Language Course that covers all areas of basic English and more, in a six week period.  This is the fastest way to learn English in Nikolaev Ukraine.  Our one on one English lessons take just six weeks to complete and we guarantee a basic level of speaking and understanding for every student.  Individual lessons are in three hour modules scheduled three times per week designed to fit any schedule.  Our teaching staff includes American English Language Teachers and Ukrainian Certified English Teachers.  We use Headway Lesson and Work Books plus additional grammar references and exercises from Murphy and Heinemann.  In addition to our Fast Track course, students are encouraged to take advantage of our Computer Lab at no additional charge.  Computer Lab translation programs are also applied to assist in word definition and to develop an increased vocabulary.  Study with programs from Oxford, Cambridge, Heinemann, Headway, BYKI, Perfecting English and many more.  Progressive testing is performed at set intervals to insure English Learning progress.  Length of course is 6 weeks at 3 times per week.

Intensive 15 Hour One Week English Course

This 15 hour course is for Intermediate level and above students who need practice with speaking, pronunciation and increased   vocabulary.  We start with the basics as a refresher to English and cover everything from contractions to irregular verbs.  Both American and British English are taught with a concentration on silent consonants and vowels.  Our teaching staff includes two American English Language Teachers and Ukrainian Certified English Teachers.  We use Headway Lesson and Work Books plus additional grammar references and exercises from Murphy, Pearson Longman and Heinemann.  In addition to our Fast Track course, students are encouraged to take advantage of our Computer Lab at no additional charge.  Computer Lab translation programs are also applied to assist in word definition and to develop an increased vocabulary.  Study with programs from Oxford, Cambridge, Heinemann, Headway, BYKI, Perfecting English, Rosetta Stone and many more.  Progressive testing is performed at set intervals to insure English Learning Progress.

Lessons consist of five three hour modules and can be scheduled anytime, including weekends.
